We want you to love your Herz Ring. If you are not satisfied, you may return the device within 90 days of receipt for a full refund. The device must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (charger, cable).

The Herz P1 Smart Ring comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Herz Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
